Due chilometri prima di Levanto, immerso nei colli di uliveti, sorge Casella, antico borgo oleario dei nobili e patrizi locali, che li, lungo un ruscello ancor oggi di acque purissime, avevano edificato i loro frantoi. Lasciata l’ auto lungo la strada di accesso al paese, proseguite a piedi per circa 200 metri, addentrandovi in camminamenti medioevali, chiusi ad ogni traffico.
Raggiunta la piazzetta, di fronte alla chiesetta del borgo, recentemente ristrutturata, sorge la casa – quella di colore arancione - che ospiterà la vostra vacanza.
Qui, la padrona di casai innamorata di Levanto, ha provveduto ad una accurata ristrutturazione di un’antica costruzione seicentesca, ricavandone una parte padronale, ed un ampio e romantico monolocale per 2 persone situato al piano terra, ideale per una dolce vacanza a due.
Respirate profondamente: il profumo del vicino mare si unirà a quello dei boschi, e vi farà sentire in pace.

Two kilometers before Levanto, surrounded by hills full of olive trees, you reach Casella, the ancient “olive oil village” of the local noble families, who built their… along a small river of pure water. You have to leave your car at the entrance of the village, and then walk for two hundreds metres in titght medioeval roads, forbidden to cars, motorbikes, and still bikes.
In the small central square, in front of a recently restored church, the orange house is waiting for you.
Here, the owner, who love Levanto, has restored an ancient building of the 17th century, creating a landlord apartment (“the Dolphin”), and a large and romantic monolocal (”the Anchovie”) at the first floor, ideal for a sweet tète-a-tèete holiday.

Il monolocale, di oltre 40 mq., ospita un ampio living che si apre in un angolo cottura totalmente attrezzato con fornelli, forno, mini lavastoviglie, frigo/freezer, tavolo da pranzo.
Un comodo divano letto, due poltrone, TV. Molto curato e gradevole negli arredi. Attraverso un disimpegno si accede ad un bagno con doccia e bidet. Asciugacapelli.

When entering the large living room you see in fron of you a sofa, which - when extended - becomes a double-bed. The apartment is just for 2 guests only.
On right side, entering, there is a complete furnished kitchen with large fridge, freezer, oven, mini-dishwasher and dining table.
On the opposite side two comfortable armchairs face the television set. A door takes you to a washing basin, and further to it, a following door opens in the bathroom with shower, bidet, hair-dryer.
