Circondata da uno splendido giardino con piante secolari adatto al massimo relax, si trova a 50 metri dalla riva del Lago di Lugano. Attraversando la strada c'è una piscina pubblica gratuita molto adatta per i bambini ed una spiaggetta molto carina con pontile, sempre gratuita, molto pulita e carina con vista su Lugano. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla e a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal paesino e relativi negozi.	A very charming 18th century villa, very well restored and renovated in 2006, elegately furnished with antique pieces and very good care. Surrounded by a splendid garden with secular plants and adapt at the most relax, 50 meters away from the shore of the Lake of Lugano. Crossing the road there is a very proper free public swimming pool very well fitted for children and a very nice beach with wharf, always free, very clean and nice with sight on Lugano. The house is in a very calm position and at only 2 minutes walking from the village and relative shops.

	La casa é composta un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo, una sala TV, una cucina abitabile perfettamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde e dotata di caminetto. Un WC con lavamano per ospiti. Al primo piano, 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 camere doppie, 1 guardaroba con letto aggiuntivo; 3 bagni di cui 1 bagno con vasca, uno con doccia, un terzo sempre con doccia e lavatrice comunicante con il guardaroba. On ground floor there is a large living room with marble fireplace, a dining corner, a TV/library living room, a fully equipped large kitchen with fireplace, frigo-fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 hobs; there is also a WC lavatory room for guests facilities. On first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bed bedrooms and a cloakroom with 1 spare bed. A bathroom with bath tube, another with shower and a third that comminicate with the cloakroom with shower and washing-machine.

The tour starts from Oria, the first italian village of Valsolda, a little valley. You will do a short promenade on a cobbles mule track until the house of Fogazzaro, writer of Vicenza who sets in the lake Ceresio area his most famous and touching novel: Piccolo Mondo Antico. The house is today a private museum. Possible visit of the garden.
Next stage in Castello, a village placed on a striking rocky terrace vertical on the Soldo valley. In the Middle Ages Valsolda was a power center of the archbishop of Milan. There was an important fortification which was destroyed by order of S. Carlo Borromeo, because it became the base of some bandits. You can visit the old village and the parish of S. Martino, which has a valuable painting of Pagani.
Then you will reach Puria by foot. This village is remembered because it is the birth place of Pellegrino Tibaldi, the famous architect of S. Carlo Borromeo. Here you can visit S. Maria church.
After that you will go back to Oria and then you will go to S. Mamete, on an old mule track. Here there are signs of the power of the archbishops which you can see also on the walls of the SS. Mamete and Agapino church.
Finally you will reach Cressogno where you can visit the Caravina sanctuary, an important religious building built at the end of the XVI century. In the sanctuary there are the frescos of Isidoro Bianchi, the artist of the Counter-Reformation.

In the heart of Valsolda
This itinerary is a trip in the history.
It starts from S. Mamete. You will walk climbing until the beautiful village of Castello. Here it is possible to make a stop to visit the village. Then you will go on through the secular broad-leaved woods until Pregè. It is a magic village with few baita and a little church and with the Denti della Vecchia mountains which tell you that the Swizerland is not far.
After a down slope you reach Ponte di Bizzo. Visit to S. Rocco little church before going on to Dasio. Then you will reach Loggio and after 15 minutes you arrive at S. Mamete.
